Greg Ebert is a founding member of Ten Nineteen Development.  Greg began his career in construction and real estate development over 47 years ago.  As a long-term partner in a 50+ year general contracting company, Greg gained the knowledge and expertise to successfully develop over $100M in combined in the self-storage, industrial, retail, and multifamily sectors. 

Jim Rasmussen

Jim Rasmussen, a founding member of Ten Nineteen Development, started his career in construction and real estate development over 40 years ago.  In that time, Jim has been the Chief Financial Officer for a general contractor specializing in commercial, industrial, and multifamily construction.  In addition to his construction experience, Jim has developed over $120M in self-storage, industrial, retail, and multifamily development projects. 

Markus Ebert

Markus Ebert is one of the founding members of Ten Nineteen Development, who has over 20+ years of construction and development experience. He is partner in the 50+ year construction company which specializes in commercial, industrial, and multifamily construction types. Over the years, Markus has been responsible for over $500M in construction activity and has been involved in over $100M of development projects. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Jake Ullery

Jake Ullery, one of the founding members of Ten Nineteen Development, has over 30 years in the construction industry.  He has assembled a robust resume, including the successful management of over 2.3 million square feet, of ground-up multi-family development and construction.  Jake utilizes his extensive construction and development experience to provide his projects with solid leadership and effective management.  

Dane Fricke

Dane Fricke, a founding member of Ten Nineteen Development, is a Certified Public Accountant and has been a Tax and Accounting Professional in Construction and Real Estate for over 10 years. He drives aligning investment performance with future development underwriting and assures each investment maximizes the use of tax incentives.  He has a B.S. in Accounting, Minor in Finance from St. Cloud State University – Herberger Business School.
